Welcome to the Odd Bean collection. This project started from the idea of wanting to find a home for all the beans in our roastery that are waiting for someone to enjoy them. At the end of every week, we end up with small batches of leftover coffee beans that are carefully packed.

This is one of our ways to pursue a no-waste lifestyle and to give a longer life to the so-called odd beans. <3

Earliest roast date: 19.03.2025

We became captivated by the unique profile of this lot. It stands out from the classic Geisha, offering a different experience with its distinctive violet-like florals and creamy mouthfeel.

Edilson Cifuentes is a new partner in the LaREB project, and this is the first harvest we’ve sourced from him. LaREB is a co-op of about 60 producers, founded and run by the producers themselves. They manage quality control and support their members, particularly those with smaller quantities, in bringing their lots to the international market.

Operating without the involvement of traditional importers or exporters, LaREB handles everything from shipping and warehousing to financing and sales. This model ensures that 80% to 90% of the profits remain in Colombia, directly benefiting the producers.
