[ODD B] Finca Holanda Gesha - Colombia

Welcome to the Odd Bean collection. This project started from the idea of wanting to find a home for all the beans in our roastery that are waiting for someone to enjoy them. At the end of every week, we end up with small batches of leftover coffee beans that are carefully packed.

This is one of our ways to pursue a no-waste lifestyle and to give a longer life to the so-called odd beans. <3

Process: Held in cherry for 18 hours, depulped and fermented for 30 hours. Washed

This is our second lot from Finca Holanda, which is sourced through our trusted partners at Osito. 

Sr. José Calderón has been farming on Holanda farm for 14 years, but working with coffee for 26 years already. Osito has been working with Sr. Calderón since 2021 and explains that his quality is continuously outstanding. 

Sr. Calderón truly cares about everything that regards his coffee, including the transportation and storage afterwards which is what he worries about the most as it is outside of his control.
